CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Please send it within 48 hours to secure your spot — if it’s not received, your appointment will be removed from the schedule. I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving later than that will result in a canceled appointment and fee. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early so I can give each client their full time and attention. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. You may reschedule once per appointment with 48 hours’ notice. Any additional changes will result in automatic cancellation and a fee, which must be paid before booking again. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged. Fees for cancellations, no-shows, and deposits are separate and non-refundable. Waivers and deposits must be completed before your scheduled appointment. Appointments must be confirmed — if not confirmed, your appointment will be removed and the next person on the waitlist will be contacted. All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. I do not accept last-minute or same-day bookings. I am now getting fully booked, which means there are no squeeze-ins or breaks between clients. Please respect my schedule and plan ahead.
