A valid card on file is required for all appointments. If a card on file is declined for any reason, future booking privileges will be revoked. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation or schedule change made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and charged 100% of the service total. All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Fill Appointments: Fills require 50% or more of lash extensions remaining. Appointments with less than 50% remaining may be declined, canceled, or reclassified as a full set. If declined due to insufficient lashes, the appointment may be canceled and charged a cancellation fee for occupying a scheduled time slot. Payment Policy: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. Refusal to remit payment may result in appropriate action being taken to recover the balance, including contacting authorities if necessary.
