CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid card on file is required for all appointments. If a card on file is declined for any reason, future booking privileges will be revoked. Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. After your one reschedule has been used, any additional changes—including rescheduling again or canceling at any time will result in a 100% cancellation fee due to the appointment time being reserved and unavailable for other clients. All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Fill Appointments: Fills require 50% or more of lash extensions remaining. Appointments with less than 50% remaining may be declined, canceled, or reclassified as a full set. If declined due to insufficient lashes, the appointment may be canceled and charged a cancellation fee for occupying a scheduled time slot. Payment Policy: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. Refusal to remit payment may result in appropriate action being taken to recover the balance, including contacting authorities if necessary. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed. *All sales are final
